ICYMI: Random Mindfulness-Inspired Headlines

It took me forever to realize what ICYMI (in case you missed it) meant on social media. I had too look it up in the urban dictionary. I get annoyed at myself when I start adopting these social media shortcuts, until I realize they are actually pretty effective. So in the spirit of staying on top of all things social, here are a few mindfulness inspired headlines from the past few weeks – ICYMI!
