Mindfulness Monday Minute: Breathe

Step 1: Pause right where you are.

Step 2: Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Inhale, pause, exhale, pause (repeat as long as feels comfortable – ideally a minute).

Step 3: Open your eyes.

Step 4: Embrace the present moment. Smile for bonus points.

Step 5: Onward with whatever you were doing a minute ago. Notice if anything feels different.
