Monday Mindfulness Minute: Peace Begins With Me

Take a few deep breaths.

(inhale) gently press your thumbs against your index fingers and silently say: PEACE (exhale)

(inhale) gently press your thumbs against your middle fingers and silently say: BEGINS (exhale)

(inhale) gently press your thumbs against your ring fingers and silently say: WITH (exhale)

(inhale) gently press your thumbs against your pinkie fingers and silently say: ME (exhale)

Now – inhale for one full cycle (peace begins with me); exhale for one full cycle.
Repeat as many times as feels comfortable and as frequently as you want throughout your day.
