I love a good acronym, especially when it can provide a gentle mindfulness reminder. This is a practice that I learned during one of my first meditation retreats with Deepak Chopra. It is a simple practice that can be practiced throughout your day.

T: take a few deep breaths
O: observe your body and smile
P: proceed with kindness and compassion

For addition support, you can place red stickies or stickers at various points in your office or home. Every time you see the stickie, let it serve as a reminder to S.T.O.P. This is a fun way to invite co-workers and family members as well.
