Mindfully March – 3 Week Teleseries: Each class will include discussion around fundamentals of building a daily practice, some mindfulness tips and exercises to incorporate during your week, and a 20-minute guided meditation which will include a variety techniques and practices including body awareness, breath awareness, self inquiry, silent mantra, and loving kindness amongst others. If you are looking to deepen your current practice, learn new tools or techniques to incorporate into your everyday, or simply looking for some accountability + support to maintain your current practice, this is the program for you. No special technology required, just your phone.

How Much: $30 for 3 classes
Where: Call-in information will be provided upon registration or RSVP. Classes will be recorded and link to recording provided in case you are unable to make it.
