Sunday School Meditation Circle – 2 Week Series: Each class is roughly between 30-45 minutes and will include discussion around fundamentals of building a daily practice, some mindfulness tips and exercises to incorporate during your week, and a 15-20-minute guided meditation which will include a variety techniques and practices including body awareness, breath awareness, self inquiry, silent mantra, and loving kindness amongst others. If you are looking to learn new tools or techniques to incorporate into your everyday, deepen your current practice, or simply looking for some accountability + support to maintain your current practice, this is the program for you.
