Meditation Toolkit – Engaging the Senses

The following meditations are designed to engage our senses as a point of focus.

Candle Meditation: In this meditation, we will be engaging sight as a point of focus. You can use any candle. Get settled in a comfortable space where the candle is on a stable surface. Enjoy!

Meditation Stone + Crystal Meditation: In this meditation, we will be engaging touch as a point of focus. You can use a crystal, a stone or even a piece of jewelry. If you have a crystal, you can research its properties before hand and we will utilize that as well. Get settled in a comfortable space and place the stone, crystal or whatever item you choose in front of you. Enjoy!

Scent Meditation: In this meditation, we will be engaging our sense of smell as a point of focus. You can use an essential oil, a spice, or even a scented spray. Get settled in a comfortable space and place whatever tool you decide on in front of you. Enjoy!
