I am a big believer that there is no one size fits all when it comes to meditation. Just as we all learn in different ways (auditory, visual, tactile), there will be certain meditation tools and techniques that are more effective than others.
For me, I am definitely more of a visual person, so I am especially fond of a good infographic. I love this one from our friends at Health Perch which does an amazing job of visually articulating some meditation myths, steps to begin a meditation practice, and the many physical benefits a daily practice can provide.
