Monday, March 3 @ 4pm cst: Mindfully March Introduction Teleclass Kick your March off on a mindful note. This tele class is a 45 minute – one-hour talk for those who are curious about meditation and want to know more. We’ll talk about what meditation is, what it isn’t, and what meditation can do for your modern, busy life. And then we will explore a 20-minute guided meditation. Ideal for a lunch and learn. Class will be recorded and the link made available to all who register. Class Fee: $35

Introduction to Mindfulness + Meditation is a one-hour talk for those who are curious about meditation and want to know more. We’ll talk about what meditation is, what it isn’t, and what meditation can do for your modern, busy life. And then we will explore a 20-minute guided meditation. Ideal for a lunch and learn. Meditation Boot Camp is a 3- or 5-day program that meets at the same time each day and is designed to a create pre-determined time of day to meditate. Ideal for a private or corporate setting. Class will include a brief discussion addressing any questions related to building and maintaining a daily practice and then exploring different styles of meditation including body awareness, breath awareness, mantra, loving kindness, and other mindfulness practices and techniques.

5-Day Meditation Boot Camp: $75

3-Day Meditation Boot Camp: $45

Private Classes:
Classes are available in person or via Skype and 4-6 sessions are recommended to build a foundation for a regular practice. Each session will include a 20-minute guided meditation and explore a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques and practices including body awareness, breath awareness, self inquiry, and silent mantra. Private Class Fee: $75
