Guided Meditation: Body Scan

In today’s guided meditation, we bring our awareness to our body. As with any meditation, try to find a comfortable place where you will be undisturbed and comfortable. This meditation is just about 5 minutes.

Remember to be kind to yourself and try to let go of expectations.
