We will talk about what meditation is, what it isn’t and include a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques and practices included body awarenss, breath awareness, and silent mantra. We will address any hurdles you have experienced in the past and empower you with tools that fit your lifestyle. Sessions can take place in person for Austin residents or via Skype or FaceTime.
