Mindfulness Monday Minute: The “4” Ever Breath

Step 1: Pause where you are. Inhale for 4 counts.

Step 2: Suspend in breath for 4 counts.

Step 3: Exhale for 4 counts.

Step 4: Suspend out breath for 4 counts. Repeat 4 times.

Onward with whatever you were doing a minute ago. Notice if anything feels different.
