Step 1: Take a nice deep inhale + exhale and focus on your heart center.
Step 2: On your next inhale, think of someone or something you are grateful for.
Step 3: On the exhale send loving kindness to that person or situation.
Step 4: Repeat 2 times and then reconnect with the breath on your heart center.
